Requirements:
- BCBA license

Responsibilities:
- Help train the R/BT's in data collection and the implementation of the Treatment Plan
- Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly meetings with the client's parents and therapy team
- Collaborate with other BCBA's and R/BT's and leadership
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young adults with disabilities
- Dedicated and passionate about improving their lives
- Creative and motivated
- Willing to learn and grow in your knowledge
- Easy going and coolheaded, able to handle difficult situations and work under pressure
